Man and Dog - Eva Hartman

A man in a flat cap sits on a bench, leaning forward with one hand held out to a dog that braces back on the lead. Both are drawn in one unbroken brown brush line, the bench is given as a few straight strokes, and a single pale line runs under them for the ground. The rest of the sheet is left white.

Drawn in a single continuous brush line, nothing filled in and the white of the sheet left to carry the shapes. Eva Hartman sees herself as a visual storyteller, where every picture is a story, and works in digital drawing, watercolour, acrylic pens, felt pens and ink pens. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
