Afrocentric Radiance - Bibi

A woman faces straight out from a cream ground, her hair a wide auburn afro worked in dense curls that fill the top of the canvas. Blue eyes and a red mouth are drawn in thin black line, a sculptural collar of blue and teal petals with a red flower at its centre sits at her throat, and her top is patterned in turquoise and magenta.

Painted in acrylic, the hair built up in small dense strokes against flat colour everywhere else. Bibi is a hobby painter who paints in her free time for the joy of it. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
