LOVE IS A DOG FROM HELL - Oscar birch

A black-cloaked figure in the Ghostface mask from Scream fills the centre of the sheet, and a green crocodile with pink jaws cuts in from the right across its arm. Small yellow patches carry a skull and a black dog, a little framed swan hangs at the top right, and the ground is broken into blue-violet, dark brown and cream.

Painted in acrylic on canvas, the patches laid on wet in broad strokes with the figures cut out against them. Oscar Birch was born in 2008 and works in Copenhagen. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
